  9. An active exhibitor at Pacific Northwest science fiction and fantasy convention art shows, Russell also 
  10. occasionally mails out work to other parts of the U.S.  He primarily works in pen and ink and colored 
  11. pencil, though he's been known to use watercolor and acrylic occasionally, and is experimenting with 
  12. doing some artwork on the computer.  His work tends to run from mild horror to good-natured humor and 
  13. is generally fantasy oriented.  He works a day job as a Senior Programmer-Analyst for a manufacturing 
  14. company in Portland, Oregon.
